Quotes

Online prices are GST-inclusive estimates based on the sizes and options you enter. A quote is held for 14 days. It is not a guarantee of slab availability.

Deposits

A deposit is taken via Stripe to proceed. For install jobs the amount follows Australian residential building rules for the install state (from the site postcode). DIY supply — you install — is 50% of the payable total. After we receive the deposit we call to book a template visit and an installation date. The remaining balance is due the same day as installation, collected on a payment link — never charged twice. Deposits are treated in line with the Australian Consumer Law: you have guarantees that cannot be excluded, and refund rights where those guarantees are not met or where you cancel in circumstances the law requires. The deposit is refundable if we cannot proceed (for example the stone is unavailable and no substitute is agreed). It is not refundable if you cancel after we have templated or begun fabrication, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires a refund.

Site measure

Templating is a site measure. Walls, cabinets and existing services are rarely identical to the millimetres typed online. Final size — and therefore material, edge length and price — may be adjusted after template. We will confirm any change with you before we cut.

Lead times

After the deposit we call to book a template visit and an installation date. Typical turnaround is 7–10 days from template to install. A colour on backorder waits for the slab; the same 7–10 days then applies. If we cannot hold a booked date we will contact you to rebook.

Travel

We template and install Caesarstone® kitchen benchtops across South East Queensland, with professional fabricators, and can travel further. Travel over 50 km from a metropolitan area is added on the quote, not used as a hard stop.

Consumer law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
