Quotes

Online prices are GST-inclusive estimates based on the sizes and options you enter. A quote is held for 14 days. It is not a guarantee of slab availability.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is taken via Stripe to start templating and to reserve fabrication time. The remaining 50% is due before installation. Deposits are treated in line with the Australian Consumer Law: you have guarantees that cannot be excluded, and refund rights where those guarantees are not met or where you cancel in circumstances the law requires.

Site measure

Templating is a site measure. Walls, cabinets and existing services are rarely identical to the millimetres typed online. Final size — and therefore material, edge length and price — may be adjusted after template. We will confirm any change with you before we cut.

Lead times

Fabrication and install dates depend on stone, colour, shop load and site access. We confirm a window when we template, not at the moment of deposit.

Travel

Install and travel are quoted by postcode band (SEQ metro, regional Queensland, rest of Australia). We do not refuse a job solely because it is outside the Gold Coast; the adder is on the quote.

Consumer law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
