Privacy

We collect the details you type into a quote or checkout — name, email, phone, site address, and the benchtop configuration — so we can price, take a deposit, template and install. We do not sell this information.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store card numbers, CVC or full account details on our servers. Stripe’s use of personal information is described in their own privacy policy.

If Google Tag Manager or the Meta Pixel IDs are configured, those services may receive page-view and purchase events (deposit value, currency AUD; a custom BalancePaid event on the second payment). No tracking IDs are shipped by default.

Orders are stored so we can complete the job and meet Australian Consumer Law and tax record-keeping. You can ask what we hold, or ask us to correct it, by emailing hello@bobbiandco.com.au.
